Giuseppe Iellimo, 79, of Summit, NJ passed away on July 12, 2010.
Visiting will be held in Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial, 7 Summit Ave., Summit on Wednesday, July 14th from 4-8 PM. The funeral will begin in the funeral home on Thursday, July 15th at 9:30 AM followed by the Funeral Mass in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Summit at 10:45 AM. Entombment St. Teresa's Mausoleum, Summit. Mr. Iellimo was born in Maierato, Calabria, Italy and has lived in Summit, NJ for over 20 years.
He worked as a mason for most of his life. Later in life he became the owner of Joe's Pizzeria in Summit for 25 years.
Giuseppe is the beloved husband of Vittoria (nee Muraca); loving father of Teresa (Enzo) Iellimo, Rocco (Silvana ) Iellimo, Isabella (Tony) Tripoli, Albino (Antonella) Iellimo, Matteo (Mary Kay) Iellimo, Palma (John) Cook and Josephine (Ehab) Attia; dear brother of Maria Caterina Suppa and the late Palma Iozzo and Leonardo Silvini; cherished grandfather of Sandra, Cosimo, Giuseppe, Marianna, Vittorio, Vittoria, Scott, Nino, Cameron, Vittoria, Katherine, Jennah, Daniella, Matteo, Gabriella, Sophia and the late Giuseppe Tripoli; great-grandfahter of Giuseppe.
