Mr. John Brian Hitchcock died in Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ, on Sunday at the age of 56.
He was born in Niagara Falls, NY and lived in New Providence, NJ for 11 years and Villanova, PA for 5 years before moving to Berkeley Heights, NJ 13 years ago.
Mr. Hitchcock received a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI in 1971.
He worked as a vice president for Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York, NY for 11 years, retiring in 1985.
He is the beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Coon). Loving father of Rebecca Hitchcock of Redmond, WA, and Robin and John Hitchcock, both of Berkeley Heights, NJ. Devoted son of Edna Hitchcock of Delaware and the late John Hitchcock. Brother of Diane Hitchcock of New Jersey.
